Rules updates

Tier system and ship limit's have been updated.

This is for only MO and NY.

Of all the changes I wanted to substantiate the cap on amount of pca's.

I feel that as a Fleet league event, It would show more skill for a fleet to include other support ships other than 10 pca's steaming across like ebb's. PCA's are dual purpose but I feel limiting them to only 5 will give other ships a more tactful purpose than just being substituted for a pca.

I have only one question:

For the weekly matches, They are to be co-ordinated as to the Date & Time agreed on by both Fleet Teams....correct.

My Question is: the weekly match is.....single elimination or best of 3???

It was the way it was worded in the points awarded for the match.....that made it a little confusing, at least to me. And there is no mention at all of the match type: Single Elimination or Best of 3.
